What exactly is an auto buyer's agent?

An auto buyer’s agent represents you — the buyer — in a vehicle transaction, rather than the dealership. Jose is licensed and legally obligated to act in your financial interest, not earn a commission from the seller. Think of it like having a real estate buyer’s agent, but for your car purchase.

How is Eclypse different from a traditional auto broker?

Most auto brokers still earn referral fees or volume bonuses from dealerships — which creates an inherent conflict of interest. Eclypse accepts zero compensation from dealers. You pay us directly, and our only job is to get you the best deal possible.

Do you work with new vehicles, used vehicles, or both?

Both. We help clients find and negotiate new vehicles at dealerships, certified pre-owned vehicles, and private party used car sales. The service tier that makes the most sense may vary based on what you’re buying.

How long does the process usually take?

It depends on how specific your needs are and what’s available in the market. Many clients find and close on a vehicle within 1–2 weeks. Highly specific requests (rare trims, certain colors, tight budgets) may take a bit longer — but we’ll always be transparent about timing.

Can you help if I am financing or have less-than-perfect credit?

Absolutely. We advise on financing strategy and help you understand the numbers before you walk into any office. We can also help you identify financing options and flag when dealer financing terms aren’t in your favor.
